A father of five has bludgeoned his ex-partner to death in front
of their children using a hockey stick.

Crown Court heard yesterday, March 9, that the fatal incident took place after
Ms McKenzie turned up at Mr Bryan’s home, where she was allegedly ‘abusive
and aggressive’ to another woman with whom he had three children.
Nicola McKenzie, 37,was alleged to have murdered his partner
after a short disagreement. All children were present when ‘devoted
mother’ Ms McKenzie was knocked unconscious by Bryan.
